Store Operations Manager

We are Moran's Retail Ltd, a family-run business in the fresh food to go and grocery sector with 28 years of experience. Our company has been renowned for its fresh food offering in the North West and has received prestigious awards such as 'best-in-class' in roadside retailing and the best in food-to-go and forecourt retailer in Northern Ireland 2024.
We are currently undergoing a significant growth period and moving into phase 2, building our brand-new, state-of-the-art production centre with exciting plans for our future.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, meeting weekly targets and driving business growth. As a general manager, you will oversee store performance, develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
- Monitor and control store expenses, inventory levels, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with the head office team to share best practices, resources, and knowledge.
