About the Role

This Sales and Marketing Executive position offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a demonstrable career ladder. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate agency, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Instructions Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while delivering exceptional customer service. They will also work closely with the branch Mortgage Advisor to optimize opportunities for appointments.
