Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

Sacco Mann is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their reputable North East law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's hands-on support experience in a residential conveyancing team or 1-2 years' experience in a paralegal role looking to progress to a junior conveyancer position.

The role involves supporting a team of fee earners on a caseload of residential property sales and purchases, while receiving comprehensive training to develop skills and build up to running a caseload of 30-40 cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking property searches and drafting contracts and other legal documents
  • Preparing files for exchange and completion, and assisting with the same
  • Working closely with clients to ensure regular updates throughout the life of the file
  • Dealing with post-completion formalities

The successful candidate will be heavily involved in fee-earning from the outset and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The firm will also fund the candidate's SQE 2 prep course and exams after a qualifying period of time.
