Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and be familiar with various accounting software, including Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for entering sales and purchases, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll/CIS, and other administrative tasks. A strong understanding of VAT is essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

This is an office-based position in Oakley Village, Hampshire, working 20-35 hours per week over 3-5 days. The role offers opportunities for growth and development as the business expands. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter sales and purchases

Requirements:
  • Experience in bookkeeping

  • Strong understanding of VAT
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Working Hours: 20-35 hours/week, 3-5 days/week

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
