We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Care Manager to join our prestigious client based in Margate. This is a full-time and permanent position with a well-established care company specializing in mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring effective resource utilization and a high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with the Service Development Team to select and assess potential new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the home.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic support plans that prioritize the needs and aspirations of service users.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and national minimum standards, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Take a lead role in risk analysis, implementing measures to minimize risk and ensure the health and well-being of residents.
  • Support Senior Managers in contract monitoring, providing reports and management information as needed.
  • Liaise with external agencies, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Work with the Personnel Department to recruit and select staff, contributing to staffing strategies and policies.
