Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Our client, CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler, is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and enhance their EHS programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and foster a culture of safety in the workplace.
  • Implement strategies to minimise risks related to health, safety, and environmental impacts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS policies and procedures in accordance with UK legislation and company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and establish preventive measures.
  • Manage and coordinate emergency response plans and procedures, including staff training on emergency preparedness.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all staff levels, promoting a strong culture of safety and awareness throughout the organisation.
  • Oversee the management of hazardous materials, including waste disposal and recycling programs.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
