As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences to our discerning guests.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience Delivery: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining a standard of luxury and attention to detail.
  • Promising Personalized Service: Anticipate guest needs and personalize the service to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Solving Guest Issues: Resolve guest complaints or special requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the in-room dining team to ensure they adhere to hotel service standards.
  • Daily Operations Management: Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily priorities, special requests, or VIP guests.
  • Staff Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure proper grooming and uniform standards are met.
  • Service Station Setup and Breakdown: Oversee the setup and breakdown of in-room dining trays, trolleys, and service stations, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist staff and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Order Processing: Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Hotel Policies and Procedures: Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures when delivering to guest rooms.
  • Guest Feedback Analysis: Monitor guest feedback and reviews, implementing improvements to service where necessary.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Create work schedules ensuring appropriate staffing levels for peak service times.
