Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Hospitality Professional to join our team as an Evening Room Attendant at Raffles London at the OWO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleaning of guest rooms and corridors meets the highest standards. They will work closely with the night Porter to provide all necessary supplies and amenities to guest rooms, maintaining a seamless guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide the turn down service following hotel procedures, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to guest preferences.
  • To support the morning shift when required, assisting with cleaning duties.
  • To maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition, reporting any loss or damage to supervisors.
  • To use the correct cleaning chemicals on all surfaces, adhering to established standards.
  • To ensure service areas are well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned regularly.
  • To report issues such as equipment and light bulb damage promptly to supervisors or department managers.
  • To perform all duties with care towards guests, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
  • To interact with guests in a caring, respectful, and positive manner.
  • To perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in different departments or restaurants.
  • To maintain a clean and efficient 5-star floor section, aligned with Raffles standards and LQA.
  • To participate in daily departmental meetings.
  • To always be well-groomed, adhering to Raffles London grooming guidelines.
  • To ensure uniform is clean and in good condition.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Professional and well-groomed.
  • To be detail-oriented.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Employment Type: Full-time.
