Job Description

As Management Accountant (Charity Sector) at Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS), you will play a key role in the organization's financial management team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the production of management accounts, annual accounts, and ensuring compliance with annual audit requirements
  2. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including charity partners and community organizations

The ideal candidate will have an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), either newly qualified or part qualified with some relevant experience. They will also have experience with payroll management and use of Sage 200 and Xero.

  • Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
