Community Oncology Nurse PractitionerWe are looking for a skilled and empathetic Community Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.
This role involves working closely with patients, carers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments
- Delivering patient-focused care tailored to individual needs
- Documenting clinical data and reporting adverse drug events
- Building strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders
- Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and addressing competency gaps
Requirements:
- Valid registration as a RGN
- SACT Passport
- Experience in cannulation and clinical assessments
- A full UK driving licence for regional travel

- Estimated annual salary: £42,640 - £47,280 (based on location)
