Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support experienced teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Develop and implement creative learning strategies to cater to diverse needs
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute effective teaching methods
  • Provide individualized support to students who require extra help

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for early years education and child development
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • An estimated salary of £23,800 - £25,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year
  • The flexibility to choose between a 4-day or 5-day working week
