Adult Learning Assistant

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our adult learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with complex needs in a fun and interactive learning environment.
About the RoleOur specialist centre/school has been established for over 10 years and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality education and care services. We are proud of our long-standing leadership and team, who share a clear vision for excellence in education and support. The successful candidate will work closely with our dedicated education team to provide tailored support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with young adults with complex needs, preferably in an educational or care setting. A Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning is desirable but not essential. We welcome applicants with a passion for delivering person-centered support and contributing to a positive learning environment.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus a joining bonus of £500. We also offer a range of benefits, including carpool and free onsite parking, regular recognition awards, and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
