The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled ESOL Lecturer to join their Adults and Community team at the Slough & Langley College campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and academic support in ESOL, Maths, ICT/Digital Skills, Employability, and Citizenship.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering a teaching program for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 2 classes for both 19+ and 16-to-18 age groups
  • Contributing to the development of the ESOL curriculum
  • Undertaking initial assessment and enrolment duties
  • Assessing student progress and preparing reports
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with the line manager to monitor and improve student attendance
