ESOL Lecturer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ESOL Lecturer to join our Adults and Community team at Windsor Forest College Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and academic support in ESOL, Maths, ICT/Digital Skills, Employability, and Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a teaching program for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 2 classes for both 19+ and 16-to-18 age groups
  • Contribute to the development of the ESOL curriculum
  • Undertake initial assessment and enrolment duties
  • Assess student progress and prepare reports
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the line manager to monitor and improve student attendance
