About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at MCA Dental Group Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly personality who works collaboratively with a team.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain the highest standards of patient care for optimal outcomes.
  2. Implement best practices for infection control in instrument processing and treatment rooms.
  3. Conduct medical health history screenings and updates.
  4. Perform baseline and routine assessments, including full mouth charting, probing, and oral cancer screening.
  5. Take radiographs and impressions as prescribed by the Dentist, and intraoral photos.
  6. Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
  7. Provide educational guidance on oral hygiene instructions, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
  8. Identify scheduling gaps and assist with preventive recall appointments and outstanding treatment plans.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues during downtime (Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Dentists, and Administration).
  10. Attend continuing education events as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly personality who works collaboratively with a team.

Salary: $68,000 - $88,000 per year
