We're seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Venues Collection. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with line managers to monitor key performance indicators and targets
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise between customers and our teams to ensure exceptional service
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing teams and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
