We're seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Venues Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food and customer service experiences to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our culinary and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement menus that exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with our events team to deliver tailored catering solutions
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Train and develop our team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
