We are seeking a skilled Style Advisor to join our Phase Eight team. As a Style Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized styling advice, and promoting our high-quality premium products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide expert styling advice and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including fabrics, styles, and trends
• Operate electronic Point of Sale systems efficiently and accurately
• Assist in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing environment

Requirements:

• Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
• Flexible and able to work on a rota basis, balancing shifting priorities in store
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred, but not essential
