Band 6 Mental Health Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Band 6 Mental Health Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our service and make a significant contribution to the delivery of mental health care in the community.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the complex needs of our patients.
- To work closely with GPs, social services, and third-sector organisations to ensure seamless integration of services and effective case management.
- To engage in outreach activities, including community events and initiatives, to promote healthcare accessibility and address the social determinants of health.
- To provide leadership and management to our mental health service team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients.
- A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current UK NMC registration.
- Degree or Diploma in Adult Nursing.
- Evidence of completed leadership courses or training.
- Training on conducting effective appraisals.
- Qualification in Mentorship or Student Supervision (desirable).
- Training in Psychosocial Interventions (desirable).
