Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HSSE Advisor to join our team at DP World. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest health and safety standards across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing health and safety systems, including leading initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies is essential for this role. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HSSE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive HSSE systems and processes
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for HSSE enhancement
• Facilitate training programs for employees on HSSE best practices
• Analyze and report on HSSE metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSSE management or a related field
• Proven track record of implementing successful HSSE initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
