Product Supply Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Product Supply Administrator to join our team at Randstad Sourceright. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties and processes to enable excellent delivery and customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of all product orders, including picking and allocation of stock, creation of delivery notes, material transfers, courier bookings, and consignment tracking.
  • Customer/stakeholder contact point for deliveries for UK and international product orders.
  • Creation and maintenance of order/project delivery schedules.
  • Creation of export documentation and raising clearance instructions to shipping agents.
  • Maintenance of the export database and provision of accurate data during ECC audits.
  • Management of end-to-end order processing, including acknowledgment of customer orders.

This is a full-time role working for 8 hours per day, with mostly onsite work and 1-2 days of working from home opportunity. The contract length is 3 months rolling.
