About the SchoolThe Royal High School is a non-denominational comprehensive school with a strong sense of history and a commitment to being a school of the 21st century. With a roll of around 1,260 pupils, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Our school has undergone significant refurbishments in recent years, including the refurbishment of our PE facilities in 2015. We have excellent ICT facilities, with S3-6 pupils having access to a 1:1 iPad device to support their learning.

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Theatre Educator to join our team. As a Drama teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our pupils. You will also contribute to the development of our extra-curricular programme, which offers a range of opportunities for young people to participate in creative activities.
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team, with a strong focus on creativity, inclusivity and excellence. If you are passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on young people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
The salary for this role is £33,594 - £50,589 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
