Happy Kids Dental is a leading specialist paediatric practice in the UK, renowned for our exceptional patient care and comprehensive treatment options. We have two established practices in central London, one in Marylebone and the other in Chelsea, and are soon to open our third location in Hammersmith.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a deep understanding of patient journeys. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective treatment planning, engage with new patients, and guide them through each stage of their treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate face-to-face patient liaison and engagement
  2. Assist dentists with treatment planning and coordination
  3. Understand and navigate the patient journey, providing clear guidance at every stage
  4. Collaborate closely with the practice manager and line manager to ensure efficient operations
  5. Maintain accurate records and utilize our patient database effectively
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance communication and workflow efficiency

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 year of experience as a TCO/Nurse/Receptionist in the dental industry (required)
  • Strong management and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary from £31,482 per year

Work Environment

  • In-person role at one of our London practices
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required
