About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Angle House Chingford. As a key member of our orthodontic team, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of dental procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement the patient journey from start to end
  • Responsible for smile checks, consultations, and offering treatment options to patients
  • Promote private treatment and participate in marketing programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
  • Manage the dental nursing team and ensure smooth practice operations

Requirements

  • Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 or equivalent
  • GDC Registration
  • Interest in Orthodontics
  • Customer focus and enthusiasm
