Homecare Assistant

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Chester-le-Street, United Kingdom.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
**Responsibilities:**
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Support clients with medication management
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Aid clients with mobility and ensure their safety when moving around their home or attending appointments
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
