About the Job

Homecarers Cheshire is seeking a Driver Homecare Assistant to join our team. As a Driver Homecare Assistant, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area, providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.

You will need to be a great communicator, patient, and have compassion for our clients who may require support with various ailments. The ideal candidate will have basic cooking skills, be able to boil an egg, make sandwiches, and use a microwave. You will also need to be a driver with your own car and willing to work flexible shifts, including morning shifts, full days, afternoons, and evenings, which attract an enhanced pay rate.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a guaranteed contract based on individual availability. Our benefits package includes early pay, Blue Light Card Discount, and access to company pool cars.
