About the Role

We are seeking a skilled optician to assist customers in selecting the appropriate eyewear and provide guidance throughout the process. As an Optician Consultant with The Boots Company PLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To help customers choose the correct eyewear, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, ensuring customers receive exceptional care.

Requirements:

  • A valid registration with the General Optical Council (GOC).
  • A passion for personal learning and development, with a commitment to completing all Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training as required by the GOC.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer an attractive benefits package, including Boots Retirement Savings Plan, discretionary annual bonus, generous employee discounts, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay, and flexible benefits scheme.
