We are currently seeking a highly skilled Dispensing Optician to fill the role of Junior Eyewear Consultant and Team Supervisor in Chester. This position offers the ideal candidate the chance to work with advanced equipment, develop their management skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 45-minute appointments with patients using advanced equipment
  • Select from an extensive frame range, including Lindberg, Tiffany, and Maui Jim
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve practice operations and employee performance

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
  • Interest in fashion and brands
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
