Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them to overcome employment barriers and achieve their career aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and employment specialists, to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Liaise with other services and professionals on behalf of service users, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development of employment support programs and services, working closely with the SMART team to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health needs in an employment setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and policies relating to employment, disabilities, and equal opportunities.
