Job Title: Pensions Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Kier Group as a Pensions Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our maintenance works contract with Somerset County Council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Planned Works Manager in the programming, management, and delivery of planned works
  • Supervise the daily allocation and management of works and resources, ensuring compliance with program and maintenance requirement plans
  • Actively promote health and safety in the workplace, setting a good example to other employees and ensuring awareness of and compliance with general health and safety responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, members of the public, and other key stakeholders, including emergency services where required
  • Communicate with the Fleet/Transport Manager to ensure maintenance of vehicles and plant is up to date

Requirements:

  • Hold an SSSTS or higher qualification
  • Be able to drive and hold a full driving license
  • Have experience working within the highways industry, including knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery
