About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
  • Providing training and support to users on new systems and processes
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to business operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a business analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Security clearance (SC) is required for this role
