As a Project Development Manager at MASS Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in project management. Our Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group is made up of 40+ electronic warfare specialists who come from a variety of backgrounds and pool their expertise to assist our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management with a background in managing complex projects.
  • Ability to autonomously lead and manage teams, suppliers, and projects.
  • Experience with good systems engineering practices.

About the Role:

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on location and experience. You will work in a hybrid environment, providing flexibility and collaboration.
