Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Substance Misuse Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored housing support services to individuals requiring assistance with substance misuse. Key duties include conducting housing needs assessments, creating holistic care plans, and ensuring effective collaboration with relevant agencies. You must possess experience of managing complex cases, assessing adults in need of support around substance misuse, and maintaining abstinence-based recovery. Strong IT communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft office packages, database monitoring systems are also required. Our competitive salary for this position is estimated at £27,300 - £32,400 per annum.
