Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer

Join Intapp's Enterprise Applications - IT team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer and contribute to delivering effective and innovative technology solutions. As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with groups across the company to deliver and maintain high-quality scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the solution design and delivery for finance processes, including quote to cash, procure to pay, and record to report functionality.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Intapp's finance processes and systems, as well as best practices and standard functionality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs, and help define solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop strategic technical roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Work with development and project teams to deliver finance process improvements, including enhancements and projects.
  • Anticipate and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Translate business outcomes into MVP feature sets that can be delivered iteratively.
  • Establish and implement new efficiencies and insights through systematic solutions.
  • Document business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems, including NetSuite, and resolve production support issues.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of business analyst experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with finance processes, including AR/GL/revenue accounting and order, contract management and billing, financial consolidation and reporting, month/quarter/year end close.
  • Prior experience with NetSuite and integration with CRM (Salesforce), NetSuite ARM, Billing solutions (like Salesforce Billing, NetSuite or Zone billing), FP&A tools like Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • BSA experience in ERP, QTC, P2P, and R2R space, with hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • OpenAir experience is a plus.
