Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer

Join our team at Intapp as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer, where you will play a key role in leading the solution design and delivery for our finance processes. As a seasoned professional with 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, you will be responsible for owning finance system configuration, configuring fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Intapp's finance processes and systems.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs, and help define solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Act as a solution consultant, providing strategic technical roadmaps that pair business understanding with deep systems expertise.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the needs of our finance processes, including quote to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
  • Partner with development and project teams to deliver finance process improvements, including enhancements and projects.
  • Anticipate and resolve blockers, ensuring delivery stays on track.
  • Translate business outcomes into MVP feature sets that can be delivered iteratively.
  • Establish and bring new efficiencies and insights through systematic solutions.
  • Document business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions.
  • Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high-value business outcomes.
  • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience with finance processes, including AR/GL/revenue accounting, order, contract management, and billing.
  • Prior experience with NetSuite and integration with CRM (Salesforce), NetSuite ARM, Billing solutions (like Salesforce Billing, NetSuite or Zone billing), and FP&A tools like Adaptive, Anaplan.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • BSA experience in ERP, QTC, P2P, and R2R Space.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • OpenAir experience is a plus.
