Job Description

We are currently looking for a Waste Industry Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills and prior experience in the waste industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and testing incoming loads, processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and ensuring segregation and storage meet requirements.

A minimum HNC in Chemistry and prior experience in a waste environment are essential requirements for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, birthdays off, and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Check and test incoming loads
  2. Process hazardous and non-hazardous waste
  3. Ensure segregation and storage meet requirements

Requirements:

  • Good work ethic and hands-on approach
