Responsibilities:

  • Managing the voids maintenance program to meet performance targets and budget.
  • Undertaking property surveys and compiling works specifications.
  • Leading and managing direct reports to ensure effective team performance.
  • Conducting regular site visits to advise craft operatives and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as property management or construction.
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Salary: £44,711 (Level one) rising to £47,754 per annum (Level four)
