As a Passionate Teacher for Students with Complex Needs, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons in Science to students with SEMH needs at Future Education's SEMH school in Carshalton, Surrey.
">About the SchoolOur SEMH school provides a unique opportunity for teachers to make a real difference in the lives of young people. With small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio, our teachers enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows them to focus on what matters most – helping students achieve their academic potential.
- Delivering Science lessons that cater to individual student needs and promote academic progress.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff, SENCO, and therapists, to ensure students' holistic needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT or equivalent, and experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4, ideally in a SEND or SEMH setting. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this full-time, long-term contract.
