Service Advisor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful and well-established aftersales team in Knutsford. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a seamless service experience to our customers, from drop-off to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet customers on arrival and provide them with a personalized service experience.
  • Book customer vehicles in for services, MOTs, and/or repairs.
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicle and authorize additional work as needed.
  • Liaise with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure customer vehicles are ready on time.
  • Upsell work, parts, and accessories whenever possible.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as an automotive Service Advisor in a Main Dealer environment.
  • Full driving license required.
  • Stable career history.
