Main Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a team of skilled chefs in a premium restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high culinary standards.

  • Manage kitchen operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
  • Supervise staff: Lead and motivate a team of chefs, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Maintain culinary standards: Develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive culinary experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a high-end restaurant.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culinary expertise: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in inventory management, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
