Job Description

As a Home Care Provider at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with their daily living needs, providing emotional support and companionship to enhance their overall well-being.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in caring for older adults, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care delivery. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus access to a range of benefits and rewards packages.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Home Care Provider will include:
  • Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Preparing and serving meals and refreshments to residents.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident's condition to the care team.


Requirements
