We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Academic Administrator to join our team at AD WARRIOR. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract, expected to start mid-January 2025 and end in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to academic staff, including collating pupil reports, recording key meetings, and managing school trips.
  • Liaise with the Second Master to coordinate the completion, printing, and distribution of pupil internal flags, progress grades, short reports, and long reports.
  • Take and distribute minutes for weekly Common Room morning briefings, after-school House Masters/Mistresses meetings, and Common Room AGM meetings.
  • Organize mail outs and produce parental address labels for the Blue Book and other labels throughout the term.
  • Produce routine lists, such as staff lists, term dates, and house fire registers.
  • Organize termly ECT conferences in liaison with the Head of Professional Development and Deputy Head (Common Room).
  • Provide support to the Deputy Heads and Exams Office as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent English with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, including the ability to do mail merges, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, such as PowerPoint and Publisher.
  • Previous experience of working with databases and iSAMS or a different school timetabling database.
