About the Role

The BBC Studios is seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics that support our creative output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motion Graphics Production: Develop and produce effective, insight-driven motion graphics for various channels, ensuring all materials meet project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Animation: Create engaging animations that bring static designs to life, enhancing the overall storytelling and visual impact.
  • Graphic Design: Ideate and visualize concepts using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity.
  • Storyboarding and Concept Development: Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics projects, ensuring a clear narrative and visual flow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative motion graphics solutions.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software to create compelling animations.
  • Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all motion graphics materials within constraints.
Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in motion design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Creative Judgment: Ability to interpret briefs and marketing strategies, translating them into compelling motion graphics solutions.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Location

Office Base is London, Television Centre. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.
