We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Mccann Erickson SA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on high-profile projects for top-tier clients, driving consistency and quality in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead forward planning, holding regular status meetings with your account teams to ensure open communication and update relevant workflow documentation.
  • Set up and run ignition meetings at the beginning of every project, ensuring all stakeholders are clear on agreed actions/plan discussed.
  • Partner closely with Account Handling and discipline leads to manage client scope of works across multiple channels, collaborating with multiple agency partners.
  • Produce fee estimates together with a scope of work document, gaining approvals before starting work and tracking project burn rates by client.
  • Work closely with the Project Director, Creative Services Director, ECD, and Studio Manager to define and book resources.
  • Schedule and attend creative review meetings, ensuring they start and finish on time with clear deliverables.
  • Hold regular catch-ups with the Account Management team to monitor and control creative and production workflow on your accounts.
  • Ensure client expectations are set and met appropriately, fed through the account team structure.
  • Involve the right people at each key stage of the project.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers within the team to ensure awareness of all live projects and plan accordingly.
People Management:
  • Provide a calming and motivating influence in the team.
  • Communicate project changes quickly and clearly.
  • Be the go-to person/lynchpin of the project.
Budget Control/Financial Management:
  • Produce accurate fee estimates together with a scope of work document, gaining relevant approvals before starting work.
  • Ensure creative teams understand their allocated time on projects and maintain high communication if time is insufficient.
  • Attend weekly financial meetings with the relevant financial controller/account team to review financial status on live projects.
  • Achieve accurate estimating and management of client approvals.
  • Reconcile every project upon completion.
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Clients-facing experience in both management and delivery of a wide range of projects across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering projects to quality, on time, and on budget.
  • Interest and appreciation of world-class creative output.
  • Demonstrate a solid track record of managing & mentoring more junior project managers within an agency environment.
Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
