**Job Overview:** Field Service Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including mechanical service and repair, engine diagnostics, and basic electrical knowledge. You will also be an effective communicator, able to work independently as part of a team, and be willing to undergo comprehensive training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment
  • Provide reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
  • Participate in comprehensive training to gain expertise on all machinery and equipment

Benefits and Salary:

  • A competitive salary of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum
  • Opportunity for overtime, paid at 1.0 times normal rate
  • Full-time employment, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
  • Employer contributions towards pension and health insurance
  • Uniform, IT equipment, and other essential tools provided
