About the Role:

We're a dynamic and customer-focused team at Safestore, and we're looking for a talented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join us. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and selling our storage solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Understand customer requirements and advise on the best storage solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets and maintain excellent store standards.
  • Participate in sales development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £23,800 per annum, increasing to £27,370 per annum upon completion of training, including a bonus each month.
  • 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays.
  • Bonuses of up to 50% of basic monthly salary for achieving targets.
