About the Role

Cotteswold Dairy is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Customer Service & Sales Team at our busy Head Office. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a large number of incoming calls and emails from existing customers, taking sales orders, and inputting them into the computer system for processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders received via various channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Verify that all orders have been correctly input onto the computer system
  • Liaise with customers and depot staff regarding orders and delivery issues
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
  • Professional and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the dairy industry or a similar retail business
