Process Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at Pharmaron. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our manufacturing process trains, ensuring the production of high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in accordance with cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain process trains, including configuration, cleaning, and commissioning.
- Perform manual and DCS control operations to ensure compliant production.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, including batch records and cleaning SOPs.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to address process deviations.
- Investigate and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations and process upsets.
- Make informed decisions regarding recovery from process upsets.
- Provide training and mentoring for operational requirements.
- GCSE level C or above in English, Maths, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Experience of working in a high-hazard environment.
- Knowledge of risk management and Safe Systems of Work.
- Ability to make data-based decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
