Process Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at Pharmaron. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) at our Cramlington site.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain process trains, including configuration, cleaning, and commissioning, to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform manual and DCS control operations to manufacture APIs while adhering to strict control parameters and batch instructions.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to address process deviations and ensure timely recovery.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, including authoring batch records and cleaning SOPs.
- Provide training and mentoring to colleagues on operational requirements.
- GCSE level C or above in English, Maths, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-hazard environment.
- Experience of working in a cGMP or highly regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and Safe Systems of Work.
- Ability to make data-based decisions and work effectively under minimal supervision.
