Client Management Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled accountant to join our Birmingham-based contract management team as a Client Management Accountant. As the post holder, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and producing reports for client portfolios within Carter Jonas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of clients' financial transactions
  • Perform regular and robust reconciliations of client funds
  • Create payment runs in accordance with strict contract rules and deadlines
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly contract accounts and reports
  • Write and update standard operating procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience in a busy finance environment, managing multiple stakeholders and contributing to a team
  • Strong communication skills, a professional approach, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
